This year we decided to have a "destination birthday" for Brooklyn...and I'm kind of loving these. You don't have to cook, clean or anything! We took Brookie and several friends to a movie theater that also has food. All the kids got to eat a yummy lunch and watch "Monsters University". On her actual birthday, she got to choose where she ate lunch (McDonalds) and I got to take her on a special girls trip to Boondocks. All and all, it was a great celebration!
