Mark has definitely been Ethan's "favorite parent" this week. Despite a slightly bruised ego, I couldn't be more thrilled. Having Daddy home is a HUGE blessing for both of us!

T.G.I.S. (Thank Goodness Its Summer!)
Being married to an educator is a mixed blessing. There are the super long hours (unpaid overtime, of course), school politics, parent drama, and of course the ridiculously low pay. However, despite all of these negative aspects, one perk pretty much overrides everything else; having my husband home for an entire summer! It is truly priceless!!!

My goodness, Ethan is so big! Hope you guys are enjoying your summer together. Wish we lived closer... now would be about right for BBQs and Mexican train dominoes!!
That would be nice to have your husband around for a whole summer! Be patient, your baby girl will be here soon and then you'll think your pregnancy went by really fast!
