When Gavin was just 6 weeks old, he and I decided to take a quick 48 hour trip to San Diego to visit Great Grandma. Her health was not good and we didn't know if she'd recover. At 95, you can't take chances and I wanted to make sure all of my children were able to meet their Great Grandmother. Thankfully, she is doing much better now and we're all so grateful! I learned that traveling with an infant is so easy compared to traveling with mobile children. He just slept and was a perfect angel.
